| I would highly recommend Jason Combs to any prospective buyer. His knowledge is extensive and his experience flipping houses gives him a unique prospective. His ability to find problems that the untrained eye doesn't see gave me a comfort that my purchase was not just a great house, but a great investment. His willingness to go above and beyond to make sure that his client is getting a great investment property for the long term is what sets him apart. A quick example is a time where he arrived at a showing a few minutes before me and when he got inside he noticed the roof was leaking. When I drove up to the showing, Jason was on the roof inspecting damage and estimating the costs of repair. This is one of numerous instances where Jason went above and beyond for me. One thing that the home buying process taught me is that there are ALOT of dishonest people out there that will try to take advantage of home buyers. We saw one home with a brand new finish basement, which was attractive to me. However, Jason noticed a black smudge along one of the base boards. Turns out it was mold and the reason the basement was finished was to cover up the fact that the mold was coming back. There was another instance where the seller had placed 2 feet of mulch around the perimeter of the house to cover up serious foundation issues. That didn't get by Jason either. The home buying process can be a scary endeavor especially when you see how having the wrong realtor can lead you to the making a very bad investment. This is why you should contact Jason Combs to represent you. His ability to diagnose problems and even provide accurate ball park estimates will ease any concerns you may have about this process. And when you finally find the house for you, there is no better negotiator than Jason. He's firm but respectful which is a lot more that I can say about some of the other realtors we negotiated with. In summary, Jason's unique prospective and vast knowledge gained from years of flipping houses ensures that his clients are not just buying a great home, but a great investment. Showed home in 2015 in Landen, Maineville, OH 45039Jason was very helpful with my many questions during my process. He was very informative and quick to respond to any questions that I had. If I called with any questions, morning or evening, he typically got back to me that day. For example, I called him late one evening with some questions in regards to a home, and he took the time to get back to me and was able to answer all of my questions for me. He seems to know his stuff and is up to date on new information out there in regards to buying and/or renting homes. He made my experience so much more easy and comforting. I would highly recommend him when looking for a home. |

Mr. Combs was wonderful to work with. He showed me quite a few condo's and was very helpful and knowledgeable through the whole ordeal. Went out of his way to find answers to ALL my questions, since I had quite a few being a first time home buyer. Mr. Combs has the ability and great outgoing personality that will make a person feel at home and very comfortable. I have recommended quite a few people to Mr. Combs because of his excellent customer service as well as his selling and closing skills...He even found a loan company for me to use when closing the property I purchased in 2006. #1 class act in my book ! |

Sold a home in Loveland, OH 45140My home had to be sold as a short sale and because the bank was involved, the process took several months. Jason stayed in contact with the bank and updated me at every turn. When your home is being sold as a negotiated short sale, the only person on your side is your real estate agent. Without Jason as my agent, the home would have been foreclosed on. He's a great agent and I will continue to recommend him to everyone I know. |
